Started with Purpose
The workshop opened in 2022 with a focus on thoughtful clothing changes rather than quick fixes. From the start, the work has centered on fit, structure, and reuse.
We reshape clothing with a practical eye for fit, fabric, and reuse. Every project begins with a careful review of the garment and the result it can realistically support.
Tailor's Touch works on alteration, remodelling, and upcycling projects for garments that need a new fit or a new purpose. We handle each piece with attention to its construction, condition, and usable material.
From vintage clothing updates to redesigning well-loved items, our process is built around clear assessment, concept approval, and careful finishing. The aim is to extend the life of clothing in a way that still feels wearable and considered.
Our process has grown around clear communication, realistic design choices, and careful workmanship. It is shaped by the needs of garments that deserve another chapter.
The workshop opened in 2022 with a focus on thoughtful clothing changes rather than quick fixes. From the start, the work has centered on fit, structure, and reuse.
Each project begins with inspection of the garment and a discussion of what can be done with the existing fabric and construction. That helps set a clear scope before any work is approved.
Today, we continue to work on remodelling, alterations, and upcycling for customers who want to keep clothing in use for longer.

Our values shape every alteration and redesign project we take on. They help keep the work practical, transparent, and suitable for the garment in front of us.
We start with a garment review before giving a quote, so the proposed work reflects the fabric, condition, and fit limitations of the piece.
Remodelling is guided by what the original garment can support. When materials are reused, the design stays honest about the strengths and limits of the fabric.
If additional work is needed, it is discussed before it continues. That keeps the project aligned with the agreed concept and scope.
Collection includes a fit check where needed, along with care and pressing notes so the finished garment is easier to handle after pickup.
